Scroll in Black and White

This image of a Scroll in Black and White takes the simple, graphic aesthetics of a line or ink drawing. The image of a traditional scripture scroll, lying partially unrolled, is created through thick, black lines defining only the edges of the paper as they curl around one scroll, and over onto the other. The scroll's handles are indicated by solid black dots on all four ends of the rolled paper.
