Jesus Institutes the Lord's Supper

This simplistic line art drawing depicts the institution of the Lord's Supper, known today as communion. The event took place just prior to the death of Jesus Christ. Jesus was eating with his disciples when he took the bread, broke and and gave it to them saying "Take, eat; this is My body." He then lifted his cup, saying, "This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many."
