Hands Open Toward Communion Elements

This image with hands, wine and bread is taken from the account of the Lord's Supper in Matthew 26:26-28. Jesus breaks the bread, blesses it and gives it to his disciples and says, "Take, eat; this is My body." Then Jesus takes the cup and gives thanks, saying, "Drink from it all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."
