Ascension with Jesus Icon

With an iconic image of Jesus blended into the word "Ascension," this image represents the post-Easter event in which Jesus is taken up to be at the right hand of God. The Ascension of Jesus was witnessed by the apostles 40 days following Christ's resurrection. It is now a Christian feast in the liturgical calendar and in most countries is officially celebrated on a Thursday, the 40th day after Easter.
