Angels Promise the Holy Spirit

In Acts 1:11, Luke writes about the Holy Spirit promised and of the ascension of Jesus into heaven. In 1:11, Luke describes the ascension and then about two men in white standing with the apostles, saying, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."
