By becoming a Sharefaith member, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. The Terms are updated from time to time so please check back for changes that may affect you.
1. Basic Definitions
The Sharefaith website ("Site") is a subscription service that provides downloadable digital media ("Content") and web-based software ("Tools"), for use by its paid subscribers ("Members"). The Site and Content are the wholly-owned, copyrighted property of Sharefaith's parent company, Letters and Arts, Inc. ("Company"), and are subject to U.S. and international copyright protection laws. Sharefaith is a trademark of Letters and Arts Inc.
2. Requirement to Be in Good Standing
Usage rights ("Rights") are granted to Members who are in good standing. To be in good standing, one must:
a. Be a past or present account holder with a valid username and password at Sharefaith.
b. Not be using the Content for any illegal or banned purpose.
c. Not be in violation of these Terms of Use.
The Company may revoke privileges to anyone not meeting these requirements or to anyone it believes is abusing the Site, as well as seek legal remedies necessary to protect its copyrights and intellectual property.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY
The Sharefaith subscription period is one year. To ensure uninterrupted member access, subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration, and the regular membership fee will be charged to your credit card. Advance email notices are sent, as well as receipts for a successful renewal. To disable Automatic Renewal:
a. Self-disable by logging in, going to MyHome/Account Info, then click the link for "Disable Auto Renewal"

4. Refunds
How The 10-Day Free Trial Works:
We provide a safe, risk-free 10-day trial environment that gives you free control to test and browse Sharefaith. You have full control to either cancel at any time, or to sign up for a full membership during your 10-day trial period.
What You Need To Know About The Free Trial:
When you register for a 10-day free trial, Sharefaith asks you for your credit card details. Sharefaith does not charge your credit card during the free trial, since the free trial is free. We use your credit card to prevent abuse from multiple free-trial signups. Your free trial lasts for 10 days, beginning immediately on the day you signed up. You will be given access to 10 free products, one of each type. You can either download them immediately, or do so over the 10 day period.
During the free trial, you have full visibility of everything on Sharefaith. You will not be able to test our website templates or Sermon videos, as they are exclusive to full members.
Canceling a Free Trial:
During the free trial, you have full control to cancel the trial or to subscribe to a full membership. After 10 days, if you have not canceled the trial or subscribed for a full membership during the trial, your free trial will automatically roll over into a full membership, and your credit card will be charged for a full year's membership.
Free Trial Refund Policy:
Due to the value of the free trial giveaway, your ability to browse the entire site and your preexisting knowledge of the full membership cost and free trial workings, we assume that you enter into a trial with full knowledge, and thereby agree to our terms. Free trial refunds will only be issued by phone, up to five (5) days after your free trial becomes a full membership, provided there is 0 account activity and 0 downloads. If you use your account after it became a full membership, or if you download anything from our site, your account will not be refunded.
Regular Account Refunds:
A regular account defines a signup that took place without a Free Trial. If you chose to become a member without a free trial, you received a discount. Every year, your account will renew on the date you created it, and your credit card will be charged for a full membership. You have full control to disable the auto-renewal of your account in your MY HOME settings.
Refunds for regular accounts will take place by phone, up to ten (10) days after account renewal, provided that 0 account activity or 0 downloads have taken place after the renewal. After 10 days, your account will be canceled, but no refund will be given.
5. Personal and Church Usage Rights
All content of Sharefaith.com is for church/personal use only. You may not use our content for resale, commercial, and/or advertising needs. One account per church is allowed, and only one user can log in to the account at a time. Any denomination with multiple churches requires a unique Sharefaith account for each church. You are not allowed to showcase any of our content on any websites (your own church website is allowed), commercials, social media networks, video channels (e.g., YouTube, GodTube, Vimeo, etc.) or any other platform that makes our content available to the general public without buying a subscription.
6. General Content Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to ALL Members.
a. Content cannot be used in any way that competes with Sharefaith or Letters and Arts, Inc.
b. Content cannot be resold or distributed in its original form, or in a form that might be confused with the Content.
c. Content cannot be published on commercial websites that display advertising to generate revenue, including YouTube and others.
7. Site Usage Rights
All Members may use the Site to browse, search and download Content at any time during their period of active membership. They may also use the Tools to create personalized designs.
8. Site Usage Restrictions
Crawlers, spiders, programmable scripts or other automated technologies may not be used to browse, search or download images. To protect against abuse, downloads may not be in excess of 100 images per day, per Member.
9. Rights and Access Privileges Do Not Transfer
Sharefaith Members are not allowed to transfer, share, trade or sell their membership Rights.
10. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
LETTERS AND ARTS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE FITNESS, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE CONTENT OR SITE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LETTERS AND ARTS, INC. PROVIDES NO ASSURANCES OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INCOMPATIBILITIES, INTERRUPTIONS, OR VIRUSES OR OTHER RISKS COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF COMPUTERS, SOFTWARE OR THE INTERNET. LETTERS AND ARTS INC. HAS NO OBLIGATION TO SERVICE OR REMEDY ANY ASPECT OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT; AND HAS NO OBLIGATION TO ASSUME THE COSTS OF REPAIRS OR SERVICE TO USERS' HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN THE EVENT OF ANY CLAIMS OF DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL LETTERS AND ARTS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF LETTERS AND ARTS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. JURISDICTION
ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE USAGE TERMS SHALL BE HEARD IN THE COUNTY OF JACKSON AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON.
